Mechanical Engineer – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably with experience in oil & gas or related industry.

The position offers a salary of 1200 and is open to both foreign and local candidates.

Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and developing mechanical systems for oil & gas projects
• Performing technical calculations and analyses of designs
• Conducting experiments and tests on prototype products
• Troubleshooting issues with existing products
• Developing technical documentation for projects
• Providing technical guidance to the team
• Complying with relevant safety regulations and standards

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the oil & gas or related industry
• Knowledge of engineering tools such as CAD software, MathCAD, etc.
• Good understanding of industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
