Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Optometrist to join our team in Doha. This position offers an excellent salary of $900 per month and we are willing to consider foreign applicants with no experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general optometry services, including conducting eye exams, testing vision and prescribing eyewear solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive eye exams using specialized optometric equipment
• Educate patients about their vision health needs and recommend corrective eyewear solutions
• Utilize specialized diagnostic instruments to evaluate patient’s eyesight, diagnose vision problems and suggest appropriate treatments or eyewear solutions
• Monitor patient's progress while they wear corrective lenses and make adjustments as necessary

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or related field from an accredited university
• Valid license from the Qatar Ministry of Health or ability to obtain one quickly upon hire
• Ability to work with computers and utilize specialized optometric instruments, software applications and databases as required
