Job Title: Personal Trainer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 1100 per month
Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve their physical fitness goals and must be able to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. This individual should be motivated, organized, and able to develop safe and effective exercise programs tailored to the individual needs of each client.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement customized personal training plans for clients based on assessments of their current fitness level, lifestyle, health status, goals, etc.
• Monitor client progress throughout the program by assessing strength, flexibility, aerobic capacity and nutrition levels.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed during exercise sessions.
• Motivate clients to reach their fitness goals by providing encouragement and support.
• Educate clients about nutrition and how it affects their overall health and fitness level.
• Provide guidance on proper technique when performing exercises in order to minimize risk of injury or strain.
• Lead group exercise classes when needed or requested.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred but not required; equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered as well as certification from a nationally recognized organization such as ACSM or NSCA.
• Ability to assess individual needs in order to develop appropriate exercise programs for individuals with varying abilities or goals; excellent interpersonal skills necessary for working with diverse populations in a positive manner; must possess excellent verbal communication skills for teaching proper techniques for exercises; must have a valid CPR/AED certification; ability to work flexible hours; experience with injury prevention techniques preferred; prior experience as a personal trainer preferred but not required.
