Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1400

We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff, creating and preparing delicious meals, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and developing new recipes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage the kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordingly
• Create innovative recipes with seasonal ingredients and ensure high quality standards in all dishes prepared
• Monitor food supplies, order items when necessary, and ensure that the kitchen is always stocked with necessary ingredients
• Adhere to food safety regulations when handling ingredients and storing cooked meals
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly
• Develop new menu items that are creative, appealing, and within budget constraints
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Train new staff in proper preparation techniques, recipes, and cooking methods

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
• At least two years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a high-end restaurant or hotel is required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP certification is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead by example
• Demonstrated knowledge of advanced cooking methods including plating techniques
