Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for developing, leading and delivering a wide range of culinary experiences. This position offers a salary of 1000$. We are open to considering applications from foreign candidates.

Job Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a professional kitchen is required.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine is preferred.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently when needed.
• Must be flexible with working hours.

Responsibilities:
• Lead kitchen staff in the preparation of creative menus for various events throughout the year.
• Oversee daily operations in the kitchen including food preparation, safety protocols, ordering supplies and ensuring quality standards are met at all times.
• Manage staff training and development programs as well as performance evaluations when necessary.
• Develop new recipes as well as update existing ones on a regular basis to ensure variety on menus offered by the restaurant or catering service that you manage.
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction with their dining experience by providing timely service according to established standards.
