Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a culinary environment, possess excellent cooking and leadership skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing quality hospitality services.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing and maintaining high standards of cuisine, menu planning, cost control, staff supervision and training. They will also be responsible for researching new techniques and menu trends, creating unique menus for special events, monitoring stock levels of ingredients, and managing the kitchen team.

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role; experience working abroad; an up-to-date knowledge of international cuisines; excellent organizational skills; the ability to work independently as well as part of a team; and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
