Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1600/month

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills and should be up-to-date with the latest trends in the food industry. We are open to considering foreigners for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Create and execute innovative menus that meet customer expectations while staying within budget restraints
• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure maximum efficiency and hygiene standards are met
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring that food is ordered and stored properly
• Train, manage, and motivate culinary staff to ensure they deliver high-quality dishes consistently
• Develop new recipes as needed and improve existing recipes when needed
• Ensure that all food products meet health code standards

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of international cuisines and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
