Job Summary

Responsibilities
The Cleaner will be responsible for carrying out daily cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping and vacuuming. Additionally, the Cleaner will be responsible for keeping communal areas clean and tidy at all times. The Cleaner will also be expected to carry out minor maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs or repairing minor damages to furniture or fixtures when necessary.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have some experience working in a similar role but minimal work experience is also acceptable. It is important that the applicant is reliable and trustworthy, with a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
