Job Summary:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in creating innovative, delicious and memorable cuisine. They will be in charge of menu development, inventory management, staff training and scheduling. They will ensure all recipes are properly followed while maintaining high standards of food safety.

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with international cuisines
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
