Job Description: Executive Chef
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1100 QAR/month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef who will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes in our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a chef and have knowledge of both classic and modern cuisine. We are ready to consider a foreigner for the position.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar position;
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods and nutrition;
• Understanding of latest food trends;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills;
• Excellent communication skills with both kitchen staff and customers.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operations including but not limited to designing menus, supervising staff, monitoring food quality, maintaining supplies and equipment, budgeting costs, enforcing health regulations, etc. He/she must ensure that all dishes are made according to recipes and served in a timely manner while understanding the importance of cost control measures. The Executive Chef must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with team members, customers, suppliers and vendors.
