We are looking to fill a position for Sommelier in Dubai. The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of duties related to the selection and serving of wines in a fine-dining restaurant. This includes understanding the complexities of wine and its production, as well as developing and managing a sophisticated wine list.

The successful applicant must have an intimate knowledge of the various types of wines, including grape varieties, vintages, producers, and styles. They must be able to recommend wines that pair well with particular dishes on the menu. They must also be able to serve wine correctly and present it with appropriate stemware.

In addition to their knowledge of wine, the successful applicant should have excellent customer service skills and be able to educate customers on the various types of wines available. They should also be able to answer questions about wine production and styles.

The salary for this position is 1600 AED per month, plus commission based on sales volume. We are open to considering foreign applicants who meet all qualifications for this role.
