Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly when they enter the store/showroom
• Introduce them to our products in order to determine their needs
• Offer advice on selection of products according to their needs
• Explain product features and benefits thoroughly
• Develop relationships with existing customers by providing helpful advice
• Follow up on customer inquiries by phone or email
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of products in order to answer questions accurately
• Assist in merchandising displays to attract customers
• Ensure accurate record keeping of sales transactions
