Job Description:
We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for books and the written word. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the library's cataloguing system, assisting patrons with finding materials, organizing library events, and providing reference materials. The Librarian will also be expected to maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere within the library.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or related field.
• Knowledge of library cataloguing systems, such as MARC or Dewey Decimal System.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. Additional languages preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required for this position due to occasional inventory needs.
