Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience as a Barista
• Knowledgeable in coffee making/preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks (espresso, latte, cappuccino etc.) according to customers’ orders • Ensure that all beverages meet quality standards • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area • Greet customers courteously and answer their questions • Take orders from customers and handle cash transactions • Stock the café area with supplies (coffee beans, cups etc.)
