Barista job vacancy in Jeddah Saudi Arabia


Job Title: Barista
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1500 SAR per month
Position Type: Full-time

We are looking for a talented and experienced Barista to join our team in Jeddah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, smoothies and juices. You will also be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, upselling items and ensuring that all orders are prepared according to customer specifications.

To be successful as a Barista you should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and have good knowledge of a variety of beverages. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset. We are open to considering applications from foreign candidates who can demonstrate the necessary skillset.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and take their orders
• Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customer specifications
• Follow health and safety guidelines in the preparation of drinks
• Upsell items by suggesting additional items or modifications to existing orders
• Ensure that the counter area is clean at all times
• Respond to customer complaints or queries in a friendly manner

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Barista in the food & beverage industry is preferred but not required
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to build rapport with customers quickly
