Secretary job in Doha Qatar


We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. We are offering a salary of 1000 QAR per month. The role is open to both local and foreign applicants, with no prior experience necessary.

The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and will need to be able to manage schedules and appointments, as well as provide secretarial services such as drafting correspondence, managing filing systems, taking messages and responding to inquiries.

The successful candidate should have strong computer skills, including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email and internet applications. They must also have good interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with colleagues internally, as well as external contacts such as customers or suppliers.
