Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. The position offers a salary of 1000 AED. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, motivate staff as necessary
• Develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations
• Train new staff on company processes and systems
• Attend meetings with senior management on behalf of the team
• Maintain records of staff attendance, performance appraisals etc.
• Assist in resolving issues between staff members

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to workplace safety in Abu-Dhabi

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• At least 5 years' experience working in a supervisory role
