Chemist – Khawr Fakkan

We are seeking a Chemist to join our team in Khawr Fakkan with a salary of 1500 per month. We are open to considering a foreign applicant and minimal work experience is acceptable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing chemical experiments and analyses, conducting research, and providing reports on their findings. The Chemist must have knowledge of related chemical theories, principles, techniques, safety regulations, and equipment operations. They must also demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Conduct experiments to test the properties or composition of substances
• Record results in laboratory notebooks or computer databases
• Analyze data to develop conclusions or solutions to problems
• Create reports on findings for laboratory personnel or government agencies
• Monitor the safety of laboratory operations at all times
• Maintain laboratory equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions
• Develop new methods for testing chemicals or materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of laboratory protocols and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
