Waiter Position in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a waiter or waitress
• Excellent knowledge of food items, beverages, and services
• Outstanding knowledge of hospitality etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Fluency in English is required; other languages are preferred
• Must have a valid work visa or the ability to obtain one.

Job Description:
The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers. Duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, upselling special offers, cleaning tables and chairs, checking stock levels in the bar area and ensuring that all standards of hygiene are adhered to at all times. The Waiter will also be responsible for ensuring that all customer complaints are handled efficiently and professionally.
