Job Title: Dental Assistant
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to the dental staff and helping to ensure quality patient care.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a dental office, be knowledgeable about all aspects of general dentistry and dental practices, and be familiar with all types of dental equipment. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, answer inquiries, and provide general information about treatments and procedures
• Provide assistance during procedures by preparing and maintaining instruments and materials
• Assist the dentist during examinations, taking x-rays as needed
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and setting up instruments, supplies, and medications
• Prepare patient charting prior to treatment or check existing charting for accuracy
• Enter notes into patient records using computer software
• Provide postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist or hygienist

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification is preferable
• At least one year of work experience as a dental assistant is required
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of general dentistry and dental practice procedures
• Familiarity with the use of standard dental equipment such as digital x-ray systems
• Ability to work well with other members of the team in a professional manner
