We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants who meet the job requirements.

As Office Assistant, you will support the team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Your duties will include answering incoming calls, managing schedules and appointments, updating records and databases, preparing reports, greeting visitors and providing basic information about the organization, ordering office supplies, and other related tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role should have good communication skills and basic computer literacy. You must be able to think on your feet and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience in an office assistant role is preferred but not essential.
