We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. Our ideal candidate will have a background in sales and a passion for building relationships with clients. This role offers an attractive salary of 1700 per month, with the potential for additional bonuses and benefits. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our sales strategy in the region. You will be expected to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide them with appropriate solutions. You will develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, review customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement, coordinate marketing activities to promote our products, and create effective sales strategies that meet our goals. Additionally, you will need to ensure accurate reporting of key metrics such as customer satisfaction levels, revenue growth rate, and other relevant KPIs.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field, or equivalent work experience. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities to effectively interact with customers at all levels. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions. Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required as on-the-job training can be provided.
