We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As part of the job, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase sales, build long-term business relationships with clients, as well as manage the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. A bachelor's degree in marketing or business management is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential for this position. The ability to speak Arabic is a plus but not required.

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager include but are not limited to developing and implementing effective marketing plans, managing customer relationships, conducting market research and analyzing data to identify new opportunities, staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies, training and supervising the sales team on best practices; as well as ensuring that all sales goals are met in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for managing the budget allocated for marketing activities.
