Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, experienced Waiter to join our restaurant in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the restaurant's guests have a memorable experience. You should also be able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Waiter in our restaurant, you will be responsible for greeting customers as they arrive, taking orders from guests and serving food and drinks in a timely manner. You must ensure that all orders are correctly communicated to kitchen staff and accurately served to customers. You will also need to ensure that tables are clean at all times; both before guests arrive as well as after they leave. In addition, you may be asked to assist in collecting payment from customers when necessary.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great customer service skills. You should also have an eye for detail; being able to spot when something is not quite right quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you must be able to work well under pressure as well as being able to effectively manage your time in order to meet deadlines. Finally, it is essential that you are willing to learn new tasks quickly as this role requires multitasking capabilities.

Salary
The annual salary for this position is 1400 USD per annum plus tips depending on performance over the year.
