Ajman is looking for a talented Chef to join our team!

We are a well-known restaurant located in the heart of Ajman and we offer competitive salaries. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef who can work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a salary of 1300 AED per month for this position. We are open to considering applicants from outside the UAE, including immigrants.

The successful candidate will be required to:
• Prepare and cook all food items according to recipe specifications and health regulations
• Manage inventory, stock and supplies
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion
• Supervise junior chefs and other kitchen staff
• Monitor food quality throughout preparation process
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly
• Follow food safety guidelines at all times
• Develop new ideas for menu items, specials, etc.

We require minimal prior experience as a chef; however, excellent culinary skills, creativity, attention to detail and knowledge of current trends in the industry are essential.
