Job Duties:
• Conduct surveys of land areas using advanced surveying technologies such as GPS, GIS, photogrammetry, aerial photography, etc.
• Analyze survey data to determine precise measurements and boundaries of land parcels or other surveyed areas.
• Prepare topographical maps or charts according to survey data and present the results of surveys in detailed reports or drawings.
• Inspect construction sites for conformance with plans or specifications and record any changes from the original design.
• Perform calculations related to area measurements, distances/angles, elevations, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Knowledge of advanced surveying technologies such as GPS, GIS, photogrammetry, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
