Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects related to civil engineering. This includes roads, bridges, canals, dams, airports, wastewater systems, and other structures. The Civil Engineer must ensure that the project meets all safety regulations as well as government building codes. They will also be expected to prepare cost estimates for the project and manage any changes that arise during the process.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering design or construction management
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials used in civil engineering projects
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
