Duties & Responsibilities:
As our Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in creating innovative menus that reflect our commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, including ingredient selection, recipe development and presentation. You must ensure the highest standards of quality control while adhering to budgetary constraints. You will also be required to develop strategies for decreasing costs while increasing profits as well as providing leadership support for your team of sous chefs and other culinary staff members.

Qualifications & Skills:
To be eligible for this role you must possess extensive experience working with various types of cuisine as well as proven success leading kitchen operations in a high volume setting. You must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently under pressure while remaining detail-oriented at all times. A degree or certification from a recognised culinary school is highly desirable but not essential for this position; however knowledge of health & safety regulations is essential. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written along with strong customer service abilities; fluency in Arabic is also preferred but not required.
