Librarian vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE for foreigners


We are looking for a passionate librarian to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing library services to patrons in the area, including organizing and managing the library's collections, answering questions and helping patrons locate resources.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a deep knowledge of library science and experience working with different types of digital libraries. They should also have a good understanding of the library's cataloguing system.

Responsibilities include: organizing collections; cataloguing items; coordinating resources; assisting patrons with research; preparing book reviews; creating online databases and digital libraries; conducting reader surveys; managing interlibrary loans and providing reference services. The librarian will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment in the library.

The successful applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in Library Science or an equivalent qualification, and at least two years of experience working as a librarian. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role, with salary offered at 1400 per month.
