Office assistant job in Sharjah UAE for unskilled worker

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office and its personnel. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, such as managing schedules, answering phone calls, preparing documents, filing papers, sorting mail, and organizing office supplies. Additionally, you will also be performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
