Job Summary

The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service, create and serve beverages of the highest quality, as well as maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace. Job Duties
The Barista will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient customer service to all customers. They will take orders and prepare beverages according to Starbucks standards and recipes, as well as use proper portioning methods when using syrups, sauces, powders, teas, etc. The Barista will also be responsible for stocking supplies such as cups, lids, straws, coffee beans etc., cleaning equipment and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the workplace.

Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with a passion for customer service. A valid work permit is essential if you are an immigrant; however we are willing to consider candidates who are not local residents. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry would be advantageous but is not essential; however basic knowledge of coffee making techniques is required. This position comes with a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month.
