HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager for our company in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in managing and overseeing human resources operations, developing strategies to attract and retain top talent, and handling employee relations issues.

The ideal candidate will be driven, organized and have excellent communication skills. They should also be highly knowledgeable about employment laws and regulations. In addition, they must possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to multitask effectively and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

The HR Manager will work closely with the senior management team to develop the company’s human resources strategies. They will be tasked with creating job descriptions, recruiting new staff, conducting background checks of potential hires, administering compensation packages, training employees on company policies, overseeing performance reviews and implementing disciplinary measures when needed.

The position offers a salary of 1600 AED/month plus benefits such as healthcare insurance coverage. We are open to considering applicants from different backgrounds and nationalities including immigrants who meet the requirements for this role.
