We are looking for a reliable and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience and maximizing profits.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an understanding of the hospitality industry. They should be able to manage staff, maintain a safe and clean environment, ensure inventory is adequately stocked, and create innovative marketing plans to attract customers. Additionally, they should be able to develop relationships with vendors and suppliers in order to keep costs low and ensure quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading staff members in providing superior customer service and creating an inviting atmosphere. They will need to ensure that all safety regulations are upheld and that all food is prepared according to health codes. Furthermore, they will have to create weekly schedules for staff members and manage payroll.
