Job description:
We are currently looking to hire a Manager in Abu-Dhabi to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The Manager will be responsible for setting goals and objectives, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to our staff.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the company in order to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise staff and provide direction and guidance as needed.
• Develop plans for operational improvement and implement them as required.
• Monitor performance against goals and objectives, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Prepare reports on operational performance for review by senior management.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed by staff members at all times.
• Maintain a positive working environment for all employees.
• Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role is desired.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, health codes, and labor laws is preferable.

Salary: 1400 AED
