We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and submitting qualified candidates for open positions in the organization. Responsibilities will include creating job postings, advertising vacancies, sourcing prospective candidates through various recruiting channels such as job boards and professional networks, conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers. In addition, the Recruiter will need to coordinate with other departments during the onboarding process.

The successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and be able to demonstrate experience in recruiting strategies such as cold calling and networking. They must also have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly. The salary for this position is 1400 AED per month plus benefits. We are also open to considering immigrant candidates for this role.
