Housekeeping Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager for our Abu-Dhabi location, to manage and supervise the housekeeping department. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of cleanliness and maintenance in our facility, as well as ensuring that the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction are met.

The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. They will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, assigning duties, monitoring performance and providing feedback. In addition, they will ensure that safety regulations are followed at all times.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desired. They must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. They should also have excellent communication skills as they will need to effectively interact with guests and staff members alike.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400 per month for this position along with other benefits including health insurance and paid vacation time. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role if they possess the necessary qualifications.
