Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare meals according to the restaurant's menu
• Create new recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Monitor food preparation to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by adhering to safety protocols
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
• Oversee kitchen staff, providing direction and support

Qualifications
• Extensive culinary experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Requirements
• Valid work permit/visa if applicable
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
