The ideal candidate should have excellent manual dexterity as well as basic computer skills. Previous experience with CNC machines is essential to this role. Additionally, you should possess good communication skills, problem-solving capabilities and an ability to work in a team environment. Flexibility is also key as you may be asked to work evenings or weekends when needed.
