The role requires excellent communication skills, as well as knowledge of anatomy, nutrition, exercise physiology and biomechanics. Previous experience in personal training is preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing personalized fitness programs according to clients' needs and goals, providing ongoing support and advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes, monitoring clients’ progress, providing feedback on results achieved and conducting assessments to adjust the fitness program accordingly.
