Pharmacist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services to customers and ensuring the safe, legal and effective use of medications.

The main responsibilities include:
• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions.
• Advising patients on the appropriate use of medications, potential side effects, interactions with other drugs, and possible alternatives.
• Supervising pharmacy technicians and other staff in order to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly.
• Keeping accurate records of all medications supplied, including controlled drugs.
• Providing advice on health matters related to medicines, medical equipment and other healthcare products.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintaining stock levels of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
• Answering customer queries concerning products or services.
• Building relationships with suppliers to obtain the best prices for medicines and other supplies.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field, as well as 3+ years of experience working in a pharmacy setting (preferably in the UAE). We are also ready to consider immigrant pharmacists with relevant qualifications and experience abroad who are willing to relocate to Dubai. The salary for this position is 1700 AED per month plus benefits.
