Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for creating and producing high-quality dishes that meet the standards of our customers and the organization.

As an Executive Chef, you must have excellent knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation guidelines. You should also have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of customer service. We are looking for an individual who is creative and passionate about food.

The successful candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar role, although we are willing to consider a foreigner for this position. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude towards work and be capable of planning and managing large teams of chefs efficiently. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for directing the operations of the kitchen including menu development, cost control, staff management, purchasing, sanitation, safety procedures, etc. You will ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and served on time with high quality standards. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for training new staff members as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area at all times.
