Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients’ condition, physical abilities, limitations and restrictions;
• Create individual treatment plans based on evidence-based practice;
• Provide treatments such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, hydrotherapy;
• Monitor patients’ response to treatments and modify treatment plans as needed;
• Educate patients on various topics related to their medical conditions;
• Document patient progress notes accurately in patient records;
• Maintain professional standards of conduct at all times.
