Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will earn a salary of 1500 AED per month and, if applicable, will be considered for immigration. No experience is necessary.

The Sommelier will be responsible for selecting, procuring and serving wines in accordance with the restaurant's standards. They will also train and advise staff on wine service and applications, as well as developing wine menus to match food dishes. Additionally, the role includes stocking inventory and offering guidance to customers on which wines best suit their needs.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of different wines from all regions around the world, with an ability to pair them with food dishes. They should have good communication skills in order to provide advice on wine selection and be able to multitask while maintaining a high level of customer service.
