Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for the selection, purchase, storage, and serving of wines. You will also be responsible for creating wine lists, suggesting pairings with food dishes, and providing expertise on different types of wines to customers. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that all wine selections are of the highest quality.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600 AED per month.

Job Requirements:
• Knowledgeable about wine production processes, aging methods and proper wine storage practices
• Proven experience as a Sommelier in a reputable restaurant or bar
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail at all times
• Must have authorization to work in Dubai (if applicable)
