Librarian job vacancy in Dubai UAE for Indian


We are looking for a motivated and organized Librarian to join our team in Dubai. This position is open to both locals and foreigners, with a salary of 1600. We are ready to consider candidates with minimal work experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the library, including shelving books in their appropriate sections, helping patrons locate materials and information, organizing library events, and preparing book displays. Additionally, the Librarian will be expected to provide reference services such as answering questions related to library materials and resources; conduct research on behalf of patrons; assist with cataloging library materials; maintain an up-to-date inventory; and ensure the safety of all library users.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills as well as superb customer service abilities; they must be capable of working independently and collaboratively as needed. They must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a working knowledge of computers and basic office equipment. An appreciation for books and reading is preferred.
