Secretary job in Doha Qatar


We are currently looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the office and ensuring that clerical tasks are carried out efficiently. This role requires multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

The Secretary's duties include answering incoming calls, managing emails, scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, preparing documents and reports, taking notes during meetings and conferences, filing documents and other administrative tasks as assigned. The successful applicant must also maintain confidentiality in all aspects of their work.

We are willing to consider applications from foreigners without prior work experience in this field. A salary of 1000 QAR per month is offered for this position.
