Job Summary:

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the office. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, managing calendars and schedules, and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Word) is essential.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision is necessary.
• We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
