Title: Civil Engineer – Doha, Qatar

Overview
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to work in our Doha, Qatar office. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and be ready to take on challenging projects. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, but is 1600 QR per month. We are also open to considering foreign applicants.

Responsibilities
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data on existing structures and infrastructure
• Design civil engineering projects such as bridges, buildings, highways and water supply systems
• Develop plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
• Oversee the construction process for civil engineering projects ensuring that the standards of safety and quality are met
• Monitor progress of construction activities and maintain project records
• Regularly inspect construction sites for compliance with applicable codes and regulations
• Prepare reports on the progress of projects for clients or supervisors

Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited university
• Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Experience in the civil engineering sector is preferred but not mandatory
