Civil Engineer job vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer in Doha to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in civil engineering and the ability to provide technical leadership and direction on civil engineering projects.

This position will offer a salary of 1800 per month and provide a great opportunity to work with a diverse team of engineers. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who are willing to relocate to Doha.

Responsibilities:

• Develop plans, designs and drawings for civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, dams and tunnels.
• Produce cost estimates for projects and present technical reports.
• Develop specifications for construction materials and equipment
• Supervise the construction process ensuring that the project is built according to plans
• Monitor progress of construction projects through regular site visits
• Provide technical support by answering queries from contractors or other professionals
• Liaise with other professionals such as architects, surveyors, planners, environmentalists and local authorities

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Proven experience in civil engineering projects (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to interpret design documents such as blueprints, drawings or diagrams accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
