Job Summary:

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. This position offers a salary of 1400. We are open to considering foreign applicants. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for providing accurate measurements of land parcels, which serve as the basis for property boundaries, building locations, topographic maps and other surveys.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of land parcels using specialized equipment such as total stations, theodolites and GPS receivers
• Identify legal boundaries of properties and accurately map them out on paper or computer-aided design (CAD) systems
• Analyze aerial photographs, satellite imagery or other geographical data sources
• Prepare survey reports that include the results of measurements taken in the field
• Calculate distances, angles and elevations between locations
• Monitor construction activities to ensure accuracy of measurements taken during surveys

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in land surveying
• Ability to work in remote areas under difficult weather conditions
• Knowledge of relevant local laws related to property boundaries
• Proficiency with computers and CAD software programs used for mapping purposes
